At Canini, we are committed to providing you with a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience.

Pre-orders

  • Shipping begins once inventory is received (late December).


1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Delivery times

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Quebec / Ontario: 2 to 5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address

  • the package weight

  • the selected carrier


4. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • a tracking number to follow your package in real time

Tracking updates depend on the carrier.


5. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate.
Canini is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • incorrect address

  • missing information

  • incorrect selection of a delivery location

If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


6. Lost or delayed orders

If your order appears to be lost or unusually delayed:
